CASE STUDY 02: Business Jet rudder

  • Produced via a “one-shot” liquid composite molding (LCM) process at IAI
  • Integral part with ribs and spars, to reduce labour costs
  • Resin injection pressure: 4.5 Bars
  • Part ~1.5m in length, with internal ribs
